Head of Fundraising and Engagement

Cornwall Hospice Care provides compassionate, specialised end of life care for patients, their families and carers, at our two hospice locations – St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle and Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell – we aim to make every day matter.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Income Generation team as Head of Fundraising and Engagement. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of Cornwall Hospice Care’s fundraising activities, ensuring we can continue to provide exceptional care to those who need it most.

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, overseeing diverse fundraising streams, and building strong relationships with supporters, donors, and stakeholders. As Head of Fundraising and Engagement, you will inspire and lead a team who are passionate about ensuring the sustainability of our charity which is almost entirely funded by the generosity of our supporters.
